How to reach us

ChannelWhereUse it for
Support portalhttps://quietfail.atlassian.net/helpcenter/SUPPORTEverything. A portal request has a number and a history.
Email[email protected]If the portal is unavailable to you.

The portal is the primary channel. A request raised there can be tracked; an email cannot.

Hours of operation

Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC−3). Requests received outside these hours are answered on the next business day.

What we commit to

Acknowledgement. A request raised during hours of operation is acknowledged within one business day. Acknowledgement means a human has read it and told you what happens next — not that it is already fixed.

Security issues. Vulnerabilities are classified by CVSS and fixed within the timeframes of the Atlassian Marketplace Security Bug Fix Policy. That policy governs, not a timeframe invented here. Report them through either channel above, or see the Security Policy for details.

Functional bugs. Reproducible bugs are fixed and released as Marketplace versions. Where a fix depends on an Atlassian platform change, we say so and link the platform ticket rather than leave the request open without explanation.

What we do not commit to

Stated deliberately, because a support page that promises more than a one-person operation delivers is worse than a modest one:

vendor-operated infrastructure; its availability is Atlassian's, and is covered by your agreement with Atlassian rather than by us. There is nothing of ours that can be up or down independently.

Escalation

If a request has gone unanswered past the acknowledgement commitment above, reply on the same portal request — it raises the ticket in the queue and keeps the history in one place. If the portal itself is the problem, email [email protected] with the request number.
